To celebrate our 2022 award winners and announce exciting new plans in 2023, the Culture Pioneers team hosted its first-ever in-person event.
We brought together over 60 like-minded people professionals and business leaders to network and champion the importance of workplace culture in a relaxed, intimate setting.
A mixture of past and present winners, finalists, judges and partners joined us at the Arboretum in central London on 28th March 2023 to congratulate our 2022 winners.
On the evening, we also announced the launch of #ExploreChange – a new Culture Pioneers’ campaign to encourage all UK organisations to publicly pledge their commitment to a thriving workplace culture.
